Job Title: Implementation Manager

Location: Nashville, TN

Our Implementation Managers lead the delivery of our software-as-a-service solutions. These solutions allow our clients to enhance their operational efficiency while providing access to elusive clinical and operational data and analytics. Implementation Managers assume a variety of roles, including forms design, workflow and information analysis, solution design, and provider training.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform clinical and business workflow analysis and documentation
  • Recommend specific solution designs based on such analysis
  • Manage client expectations around application functions and deliverable dates
  • Conduct system and application configuration and system validation
  • Work with clients and interested parties (physicians, medical records, billers, IT personnel, etc.) to design, build, and deliver solutions that are least disruptive to existing processes
  • Train clients on software applications

Required Experience

  • Detailed understanding of health care and hospital workflow absolutely required
  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • A minimum of 3 years of related professional experience
  • Experience implementing business or clinically oriented software solutions
  • Experience with Healthcare IT systems
  • Experience working with physicians preferred
  • Project methodology experience required
  • Prior clinical experience a plus
