Shareable Ink solutions support easy clinical documentation by physicians, nurses, and patients in whatever healthcare environment they work, be it inpatient, outpatient, or nursing home and home care settings. While providing clinicians the easiest, most familiar documentation format, Shareable Ink applications simultaneously extract actionable, electronic data – essentially combining the valuable output of a traditional EHR with the ease of pen and paper.

How it Works

Using a specialized ballpoint pen with existing, familiar paper forms, providers, nurses, and even patients continue to document and fill out forms as they have always done. The only difference is that the digital pen records every stroke and transmits the information to Shareable Ink’s secure data center for processing and conversion to digital data. From here, the data is transferred into the hospital or practice EHR system.
